SUPPORTING OUR TROOPS

The Military Family Support Group welcomes anyone who wishes to support our troops in Iraq or other parts of the world.

The Military Family Support Group has sent over 3,500 boxes of much needed supplies to the troops in every branch of the military.

We have done a UBS blood drive, adopted a Hospice family at Thanksgiving, we did an angel tree for a south Phx. daycare center at Christmas, we helped make comfort quilts for fallen AZ. Military families' next of kin, we helped serve lunches at the Veteran's home, and have participated in a variety of other valley community events.

The Group also receives reports from the troops when there are shortages of common personal items such as shampoo, socks or even sewing kits. In addition, when a military person is aware of another comrade who does not have family or is not receiving mail, the Group is notified and immediately begins personal communication through letters, e-mail, and care packages.
